Leaves from the vine
Falling so slow
Like fragile little tiny shells
Drifting in the foam.
Little soldier boy
Come marching home
And brave soldier boy...
...comes marching home...

So sad. You can't say you didn't cry during this scene.

BECAUSE YOU DID.

WE SAW YOU.

LIKE THE GUY PLAYING GALAGA IN THE AVENGERS.

YOU THOUGH WE WOULDN'T NOTICE.

BUT WE DID.

I have been listening to a certain song lately and almost titled this piece after that song. The title would have been....

Someone That I Used to Know

First of all I have to say this is beautiful. You are a fantastic artist and I love this piece. This is one of my favorite episodes in Avatar the Last Airbender, and this represents it perfectly! Literally when I read that poem in the link I teared up. This picture also made me start to cry ( a little bit ) and I love this! The style of painting you use is beautiful and this is exactly what the show looked like. The tree is definitively my favorite part in this piece because it looks so life-like. So again I would just like to compliment you on how wonderful this piece is!

First word that occured me was hearth-catching. You choosed really great theme for drawning, sad, full of emotions, and yet so peaceful.

For art itself, I think you painted it well. You managed to blend coours nicely so picture looks solid. Especially the grass on hill is shaded very well, with lighter part making illussion of sunlight falling on groung. Also sky in backgroung is good, I can lomost see sun setting on the right.

Overall expression is pleasant, despite I haven´t seen film where the scene is from, your version of it made me want to see it. And I´m proud to admit I´d cry.

The tears that were created during this scene, Katara could use to wipe out an entire Fire Nation fleet.
